What's it going to look like?.The first things that come to mind, that we should consider: We will have to do it properly, and that takes time. I'm not at all against adding full multilingual support, but if we choose to do so, it will not merely be 'accepting a pull request'. I'm afraid that if we spread ourselves too thin, it will lead to half-baked solutions, and that will lead to a lot of support requests that we'll have to deal with.
